500g ALSO KNOWN AS DRIED CORN SYRUP - Made from wheat starch. Maltodextrin, unlike sugar or dextrose, does not ferment out or attenuate fully, leaving unfermentable solids. Add 250-500g to improve body, mouthfeel and head retention in kit beers without unduly altering flavour. If using 500g a final gravity up to 1012 can be expected.
