A speciality yeast selected for wheat beer fermentations. This yeast produces subtle estery and phenol flavour notes typical of wheat beers.

Dosage: 11.5g in 20 to 30 litres.

Recommended fermentation temperature: 18ºC - 26ºC

Pitching: Sprinkle into wort.
