500g NATURAL NON-FERMENTABLE SUGAR MILK - It is used to maintain a degree of sweetness in beer, particularly dark ales & stout (milk stout). It is also a useful ingredient in pale ales and lagers it will greatly enhance the body of the beer and impart a subtle sweetness.Generally used at the rate of 250g per brew. Bring to boil in 1 litre of water and simmer until it clears, use as part of your hot water in the original mix.
