Campden Tablets for use in winemaking to sanitise fruit must or to preserve wines/ciders. Simply crush and dose as per instructions on label. Approximately 100 tablets in a tamper proof and resealable tub. Contains sodium metabisulphite.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To sanitise fruit must: crush and dose one tablet per 4.5L, mix thoroughly and stand in open container for 24hrs before pitching yeast.
To preserve wines/ciders: crush and dose 1-2 tablets per 4.5L prior to bottling and mix thoroughly. For preserving wines/ciders it's recommended to use with Potassium Sorbate(Wine Stabiliser).
