Sodium metabisulphite is a sterilising agent only. It will not clean your equipment and bottles. Make sure everything is thoroughly clean before using this product. Douse all the equipment with the solution then drain immediately. The vapours given off from the solution as it dries, is what sterilises, not the liquid as commonly thought. Please be careful not to inhale the vapours.
