SHIPPING

Orders received before 3pm (AEST) during store operating hours with available inventory are despatched the next business day.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday & Monday are despatched on the following Wednesday.

Store Operating Hours:

Tuesday to Friday 10am to 5.30pm
Saturday 10am to 3pm
Closed Sunday & Monday

Click and Collect orders that are received before 2pm (AEST) during store operating hours will be processed on the same day.

Special Orders are products that are not normally kept in stock and will need to be ordered from the supplier. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. This can take up to 10 business days and may vary depending on the supplier’s shipping schedules. Please contact the store for more information.

Shipping Cost can be calculated before finalising Order in the Cart.

Orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times advised by Australia Post are as follows:

Sydney Metro 1-3 business days
NSW Country 2-4 business days
Interstate can take anywhere between 3 & 13 business days depending on your location

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Asquith Home Brewing.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Asquith Home Brewing handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Asquith Home Brewing.
