Description

Calcium Carbonate is used to raise pH levels.

Generally used for making dark beers. Add sparingly to reduce acid in beers. Can also be used to reduce acid in wines. Acid reduction occurs immedately.

Note: Due to its limited solubilty it is only effective when added directly to the mash.
