Pacific XPA
Description: Australian style XPA, very pale featuring malted barley, malted and unmalted wheat with light biscuity malt flavours.
Moderately bittered to 20 – 22 IBU using Galaxy, Pacific Jade and Mosaic hops for a fresh tropical hop character.
Recommended yeast: Safale US-05, Lallemand Pomona, Mangrove Jack’s Hophead M66.
Dry hop suggestions: Eclipse, Eldorado, Galaxy or Mosaic @2-3g/litre.
