Description

This premium malt has been spray-dried into a fine soluble powder. Spraymalt is produced by atomizing malt into tiny droplets and then rapid drying. This preserves all the flavour and does not darken the malt. This product may be used to replace sugar or dextrose to increase the mouthfeel of the beer and vastly improve it’s head.
