Description

Often referred to as specialty malts or steeping grains. They can simply be steeped in hot water to release their character. These grains are very useful to the extract and kit brewer, making it easy to add flavour, body, colour and aroma to your brew.

Profile: AKA carafoam malt. Great for head retention and enhanced body

Usage: Use 5-10% in lagers, and mainly pilsners.
